This week my guest in Jessica Calzaretta. In addition to being a Vice President at Insight Global, Jess is a founding member of their Women’s Leadership Council. She has help reshape an organization that is 70% female. She has been featured in articles in SIA, Fortune and Forbes. Jess was most recently named one of the 150 most powerful women in staffing.
